These Terms & Conditions govern your use of soulcare.co.ke (the "Site") and the services offered by SoulCare Space ("we," "us," "our"). By using this Site, you agree to these terms.
SoulCare Space provides psychological care services, including individual therapy, couples counselling, psychological assessments, trauma support, suicide prevention support, corporate wellness programmes, workshops, and mental health education, delivered by our clinical team in-person and online.
This website is informational and does not provide real-time crisis intervention. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, please contact emergency services (999 or 112) or a crisis helpline immediately, rather than relying solely on this website or our appointment booking system.
Appointments are booked directly through the scheduling system on this Site. Availability shown reflects our real-time calendar; a slot is only reserved once your booking is submitted, and is held temporarily pending payment where payment is required. Rescheduling and cancellation policies are set out in Section 4 below.
Individual Therapy, Couples Counselling, and Group Therapy sessions require payment at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Suicide Prevention support is offered free of charge. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor, Paystack, which supports card and M-Pesa payments; we do not store your card or M-Pesa details ourselves.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or missed appointments, are not refunded, except at our discretion. To cancel or reschedule, contact us at hello@soulcare.co.ke or +254 742 902 936.
Books and publications referenced on this Site may be sold through third-party platforms such as Amazon or BackerKit. Purchases made through those platforms are governed by their own respective terms, pricing, and return policies — not by SoulCare Space.
